Our go-to Apple dessert for Tallis apple crisp. Last year my parents and I started making them in bulk and putting them in my big chest freezer downstairs for the winter. It takes a few hours to bang out but it’s awesome to do while the orchard apples are in season. We get those disposable pans with lids from the grocery store and make 8 or so.
