Holy Pumpkins! It’s practically October… What?!? How did October, just creep it’s way in so fast?! That’s okay because the smell of baked apples, nutmeg, and pumpkin spiced drinks brings a big warm smile to my face. I think I could live in this season all year round. I just don’t think that I would ever get sick of it. So, it’s time to get inspired and share some of my favorite DIY pumpkin designs I’ve found online.

But first – deep breath – I had a crazy long week. I thought it would never end. I kinda felt like I was in a black hole. I was able to get some things done, but then there were changes, to product, or packaging, or it was a change to something else. Nothing really got checked off my list. Instead more just piled on top. Do you guys have days, weeks, months like this? Or even, dare I say years? EEK!
I was originally going to post about my new team members joining My Daily She today. I didn’t finish working on the photos, so that will come next week. Yesterday pretty much went like this…
- Couldn’t fall asleep, finally dozed off at 1:30am, alarm went off at 6:45am, hit the snooze twice, got out of bed at 7:05am to get kids off to school.
- 8:00am- Got dressed and went to the grocery store to pick up some items for a friend. Delivered my stuff at 9:45 and visited for 20 mins.
- 10:45am – Got back home for a church music meeting. My house was a dump, so I ran around picking up crap for it appear a little more comfortable.
- 11:45am – Had a long conference call on packaging revisions with Talisman Designs.
- 1:15pm – Picked up my Sweet Reminder inventory from a store where my product was being sold.
- 2:30pm – Drove to Slims just to get deep fried cheese curds for lunch. I know totally healthy right?!?
- 2:45pm – Started editing photos for blog post today.
- 3:30pm – Drove to my son’s Cross Country Meet to cheer him on.
- 4:45pm – Picked up dinner and chatted with the boys for a bit.
- 6:00pm – Edited photos.
- 7:30pm – Had meeting with my amazing blog team.
- 9:45pm – Decided there wasn’t enough time to edit photos in time for tomorrow’s post, because I wanted to sleep just a bit more.
- 12:00am – Finished today’s blog post.
Do you ever have day’s like this? It was a marathon this week.
Anyway… on to fun pumpkin inspiration. 🙂

September 28, 2018 at 11:17 amSince you live in a more dessert location with lots of bright colors the henna pumpkins would look so fun on your porch.

October 2, 2018 at 9:04 amI liked the Henna and the nail polish pumpkins the best. Now I am motivated to go buy a few small gourds and have my daughter have some fun with her paints.
