Happy Halloween! If the holiday has snuck up on you like one of the walking dead, fear not! Here are some of our favorite ideas for quick costumes that you can pull together right before tonight’s party or trick-or-treating adventures.
Melessa turned her mom into a zombie last year, and it was a HUGE hit! (For the record, trying to get Carole not to smile when Melessa took the picture probably took longer than doing her makeup.) Here’s how Melessa did it:
-went to the dollar store and grabbed fake blood, white face paint and a black ripped Halloween cloth they were selling
-used black, blue, purple, brown and grey eye shadow
-black eye liner
-wear old clothing that you don’t mind ripping and covering in fake blood and dirt
If you have more time, you can get zombie skin latex at Walmart or Target, which would look cool too. If you want to really go all-out, go to a Halloween store and pick up creepy eye contacts for an added “Eek!!”
