- My Daily She
Making HerStory

It’s Been 4 Years!

Every year around this time I reflect on My Daily She.  Can you believe that it has been four amazing years since I started blogging?!? Time really flies!

As I look back over how the focus of the blog has shifted and transformed I am surprised by how much I’ve learned.  Blogging has pushed me creatively, really helped me to put myself out there, and forced me out of my comfort zone.  It has really been an adventure.  As I am coming into the busy season at my day job again this year, I’ve been giving the work that I do on the blog some serious thought and I’ve come to a challenging, yet exciting conclusion: it is time for a new adventure! Time to turn over a new leaf, close this chapter, and say goodbye to My Daily She. This will be my final blog post.

So, what’s next for me?  Feel free to check in on my creations at my day job at talismandesigns.com. Also, I will keep my Instagram & Pinterest open so feel free to keep up on my home projects on those platforms …because you know that I’ll never stop playing with decor!  🙂   And of course, I will honor all of my current interior design contracts, but I will not be taking on new clients moving forward.

I sincerely appreciate all of your support and your kind comments over the last four years.  I am so grateful to those of you who have taken time out of your busy lives to go on this journey with me.  I couldn’t have done it without you!

A special thanks to Laura for starting the blog with me.

A very special thanks to Jo for jumping in and editing my posts from 2017-2018.

A special thanks to Amy (& Mr. B) for being a support and sharing her yummy recipes with her guest posts.

A HUGE special thanks to Jessica and Lindsay for running the marketing and IT side of the blog from 2018-2020.

And last, but certainly not least, another HUGE thanks to my hubby Nate for editing, supporting my house projects, strapping on his uterus and taking care of our family while I was gone working. I couldn’t have done this with you. Thank you, thank you!!

Sending you all a great big hug and kiss!!!

Melessa
