If you’re like me and your week is just full of to-do’s and you are looking for an easy yet beautiful way to make a centerpiece on your table for Easter… look no further! I’ve got a lovely idea for you!
Watery Rainbow Easter Centerpiece

What you’ll need:
- Flowers
- Food coloring
- Clear vases
All you need are 6-9 clear glass vases. I say 6-9 because you can choose how many colors you want in your rainbow. I picked up my vases at Goodwill (super cheap). I was lucky and found 7 matching vases. But, you don’t need a matching set. You can mix and match different clear glass vases/shapes.

I wanted the water to be the color focus, so I went with white flowers. Another cool idea would be to find flowers of different colors, and dye the water to match the color of the flower. My favorite place to get flowers is Trader Joe’s. They always have a gorgeous selection and their prices are the lowest.

Tips for coloring the water: a little food coloring goes a long way. Add clear water to your vase and then add a single drop of food coloring for colors red, yellow, blue and green. You can mix your own purple, orange, and blue-green as well. Add additional water to the vase, as needed, to get the water to the color that you want. The more water you add, the more pastel your colors will appear.

If you end up trying either of these ideas, please post a photo on the mydailyshe facebook page. I would love to see it!
That’s it! Have fun!
Happy Easter!
